All you need to do is return the item to us in the same condition you received it within 14 days (more time allowed for overseas buyers) and we will refund the cost of the item (excl. P&P). Clients must obtain a receipt from the post office with proof of dispatch (Certificate of Posting) for any item they return so that a claim may be made if the returned item is lost in the post. Personalised cartouches are not included in this offer since they are made to order.

Items arriving damaged that were sent as part of a wholesale order will be refunded rather than redispatched.

With the exception of personalised items (e.g. cartouches) which will take longer (see item description for more information), goods will take around 7-14 days from receipt of your order and cleared funds (it could be longer for international orders). If you wish another transport method to be used, please Email us with your request and we will be happy to oblige where possible. Any duties or taxes payable on purchases from The Egyptian Shop are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If the purchaser refuses to pay the duties/tax it is then the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all shipping costs for the return of the item(s).

Christmas orders (excluding personalised cartouches) under 2kg going to the U.K. with payment by www.paypal.com or credit/debit card online should be with us by 19th December. For other payment methods orders should be received by 10th December and cheques sent by first class post immediately.

Christmas orders for personalised cartouches must be with us, with cleared payment (i.e. not cheque payment) by 18th December.

The Egyptian Shop is currently not VAT-registered. Our aim is to continue to favour individuals and small traders by offering VAT-free goods.
